A major value added reseller of OEM had the opportunity to secure major multi-million orders from one of the largest healthcare insurers. The OEM companies required payment up front for the custom hardware and the insurer wanted 60 day terms. We provided the cash flow to pay the OEM companies and receivables financing to satisfy the dating terms of the customer. Because of our client’s ability to finance the entire transaction, he was able to negotiate much better margins that typical value added resellers and has created a valuable niche in the marketplace.
