For Instance:

In 1996, national provider of home delivery of frozen foods had an asset-based loan from another lending institution. The lender wanted to exit the credit and was reducing availability to the company. In fact, the lender was basically putting them through an orderly liquidation. RAI came in and, with a combination of revaluing the real estate the company owned and negotiating with the current lender to take a discount, was able to restructure the credit. In fact, we were even able to bring in other participants who were willing to enter the credit because of RAI's unique expertise in valuing assets. Thanks to RAI, the company now is prospering.
